Raspberry and dragon pistachio cheesecake
Ingredients:
For the base:
200 g of graham crackers or digestive cookies
90 g of melted
butter 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
For the cheese filling:
250 g of softened
cream cheese 200 ml of double
cream 100 g of sugar
200 g of dragon fruit puree (if you can’t find fresh dragon fruit, you can use canned or frozen dragon fruit puree)
