Chocolate cake without sugar, butter and flour
Ingredients:
200 g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa)
4 eggs
100 g apple compote (unsweetened, as a substitute for butter)
50 g almond powder (or hazelnut, depending on your preference)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder (gluten-free if necessary)
A pinch of salt
Sweetener of your choice (depending on taste, e.g. stevia, erythritol or xylitol, suitable for cooking).
