- Preparation of the ingredients:
- If the rice is not yet cooked, cook it according to the instructions on the package and allow it to cool completely before using. If it’s already cooked, make sure it’s cold.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cooking the eggs:
- Heat some oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and stir gently until the eggs are cooked through but still soft. Break the cooked eggs into small pieces with a spatula. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
- Cooking the other ingredients:
- In the same pan or wok, add a little oil and sauté the diced cooked ham until lightly browned.
- Adding the other ingredients:
- Add the peeled shrimp and cook them until they turn pink and are cooked through.
