In a large skillet, bring a tablespoon of olive oil to a constant temperature over medium heat.
Add the diced onion and pepper. To soften, sauté for about three to four minutes.
If you use mushrooms, add them to the pan and continue to cook them until they lose moisture and become softer.
A mixture of salt and pepper should be applied to the steak slices before adding them to the pan. Cook for about three to four minutes or until the food is golden brown and fully cooked.
After removing the pan from the heat, let the mixture cool slightly.

Take a tablespoon of the cooked steak mixture and place it in the center of the wrapper.
