In a deep skillet, heat the oil to a temperature of 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
When the oil is heated, add the spring rolls slowly and carefully, a few at a time. For about three to four minutes on each side, fry until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the object from the oil and place it on paper towels to rest.
