Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Cut the chicken wings into thirds, discarding the smaller half or reserving it for the broth.
Place the wings in a ziplock bag or other resealable bag. To the bag,
I added 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of paprika, 1 tablespoon of herbs, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 1 teaspoon of salt, 3 cloves of chopped garlic, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Close the bag and mix the wings with the spices well. Let them marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, peel and slice the potatoes into rounds. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
To the potatoes, I added 1 teaspoon of dried garlic, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary, and 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix well to coat the potatoes.
Bake the potatoes in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 25 minutes.
Slice the onion into rings and arrange them on top of the potatoes on a baking sheet.
Remove the wings from the refrigerator and place them on a baking rack, placing the rack on top of the baking sheet with the potatoes. This allows the juices from the wings to drip onto the potatoes, infusing them with more flavor.
Bake everything together for a further 15-20 minutes at 200°C (400°F), until the wings are golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
Tip:
Serve the wings with a fresh salad for a complete and balanced meal.
For a spicier flavor, add a pinch of chili powder to the wing marinade.
