Functional fruit cake
Ingredients:
2 ripe
bananas 1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup chia
seeds 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons melted
coconut oil 1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 pinch of salt
