Functional fruit cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the cake pan with coconut oil or line it with baking paper.
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add almond flour, oatmeal, chia seeds, flax seeds, maple syrup, coconut oil, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the dough is smooth.
Gently incorporate the mixed berries into the dough.
Pour the dough into the prepared pan and level the surface.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow to cool before removing from the tin and serving. This cake is perfect for breakfast or for a healthy snack.
