Here are the main points to massage
- Yintang Point

It is located between the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose, entering the forehead. By massaging this, you can eliminate eye strain and toothache, and relieve dizziness, headaches, or tinnitus.
- Zan Zhu Points

As shown in the figure, these symmetry points are located on the inner edge of the eyebrows. Massage the area to relieve a runny nose and improve vision. It also helps reduce rhinitis and headaches (frontal lobe or migraine). Massage this area with circular motions for 1 minute.
- Yingxiang Points

These points are located on either side of the nostrils, aligned with the eyes. To find them, look for a dimple at the bottom of the cheek. Massaging these points is effective for sneezing, congestion, or a runny nose. Massaging these points can also open the sinuses, reduce headaches and toothaches, and reduce stress.
- Tian Zhu Points

These points are located at the back of the head, between the ears and the beginning of the spine. Massaging these points helps relieve earache, nasal congestion, eye pain, severe headaches, and migraines.
- Shuai Gu points

The beautiful bony point is located 2-3 cm from the starting point of the hairline in the temple area. At this point, you will feel a small dimple, indicating this. Pressure applied to this area reduces pain in the temporal area and reduces eye strain.
- The He Gu point

This point is located on the back of the hand between the thumb and index finger. Pressure on this area relieves back pain, toothaches, and tension in the neck muscles.
