Stuffed cabbage rolls

Homemade cabbage rolls are so delicious and filling. With meat, rice, gravy, and cabbage, they taste just like Grandma always used to make them!

Ingredients:

1 medium head of cabbage (3 pounds)

1/2 pound uncooked ground beef

1/2 pound uncooked ground pork

1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce, divided

1 small onion, chopped

1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice

1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon freshly chopped dill or dill leaves

1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

1/2 teaspoon sugar
