biscuits Ingredients:
250 g of fresh
ricotta cheese 100 g of granulated
sugar 1 egg
50 g of melted
butter Grated zest of 1 lemon (optional, for flavoring)
300 g of 00 flour (plus a little extra for processing)
1 teaspoon of baking powder for cakes
A pinch of salt
Icing sugar for dusting (optional)
The preparation :
Preparation of the dough:
In a large bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the granulated sugar until creamy.
Add the egg and melted butter. Mix well until all the ingredients are incorporated.
