Guidelines:
- Place the sugar in a large bowl and add the eggs.
- Whisk to combine.
- Add the oil and blend again.
- Add the vanilla sugar and stir to combine.
- The mixture should be homogeneous and light yellow in color.
- Place a sieve over the bowl and sift the flour and baking powder.
- Use your hands to knead the dough until smooth.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and divide it into four pieces of equal size.
- Roll each piece into a log, then cut it into 1-inch pieces.
- Place the cookies on the greased baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 15 minutes at 180°F (350°C).
- Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
