2 Eggs
80 gr. of Harina de Tapioca (can replace it with common Maicena)
50 gr. Cream
cheeses 35 gr.
1/4 cdita Parmesan cheese. Powder for cooking.
30 gr. from Manteca
Muzzarella for filling (quantity is at ease)

Preparation
1- To begin with, we give the eggs, tapioca flour (or whatever you got), cream cheese and Parmesan cheese. Mix all these ingredients well until you get a homogeneous paste and let it rest for 15 minutes.
