Omelette with pasta, my grandmother’s favorite

Ingredients:
100 grams of pasta (choose the size you prefer, pre-cooked)
5 beaten
eggs Salt, adjust to taste
A handful of finely chopped chives
A handful of finely
chopped parsley 1 diced
tomato 100 g of grated Dutch cheese (can be replaced with a similar semi-hard cheese)
2 tablespoons of sour cream
A little vegetable oil for cooking
1 cup canned peas, drained
