Nut cake prepared in 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 200 g ground nuts (e.g. hazelnuts or walnuts)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter (or margarine)
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or chocolate icing for decoration
