  • 500 g sweet French biscuits  (or sweet crackers such as “Petits Beurre”)
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 10 g vanilla sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • 800 ml of milk
  • 80 g unsalted butter

Tip: For an even quicker version, you can replace the shortbread biscuits with already baked filo sheets or even crumbled Breton galettes.
