Mixed fried fish: the recipe for preparing it in a workmanlike manner

**Procedure:**

1. Fish Preparation:**
– Clean and prepare all types of fish. Remove the heads, entrails, scales, and spines. Cut the fish into evenly sized pieces.
– If you are using squid, clean it and cut it into rings.

2. Preparation of the batter:**
– Make the batter by mixing flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add cold water gradually until you have a smooth, thick batter.

3. Oil heating: –
Pour plenty of oil into a deep pot and heat to about 170-180°C. Make sure there is enough oil to fully submerge the fish.

4. Breading and frying:**
– Dip the fish pieces in the batter, making sure they are fully coated.
– Once the oil is hot, gently dip the fish into the pot and fry it until golden brown and crispy. Work in small batches to prevent the oil from cooling too quickly.
– Once cooked, transfer the fish to paper towels to remove excess oil.

5. **Serve:**
– Place the mixed fried food on a serving plate and garnish it with chopped fresh parsley and lemon slices.
– Serve immediately, accompanied by lemon wedges to add freshness and a touch of acidity to the dish.

Mixed fried fish is best when it’s freshly fried, so be sure to serve it hot and crispy. Enjoy your meal!
