Layer cake with cream cheese and raspberries
Ingredients:
For the cake:
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 3/4 cups granulated

1 cup whole
milk 1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup fresh raspberries, lightly crushed
For the cream cheese filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the raspberry sauce:
1 cup fresh
raspberries 2 tablespoons granulated
sugar 1 tablespoon lemon
juice 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
For the frosting:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
