Homemade pizza without yeast: a light, easy and quick recipe!
Ingredients:
250 g of 00 flour,
150 ml of warm water,
1 tablespoon of olive oil,
1 pinch of salt,
1 teaspoon of sugar,
1 teaspoon of baking soda (instead of baking powder),
2 tablespoons of tomato puree,
100 g of mozzarella.
Ingredients to taste (e.g. olives, cooked ham, fresh basil, mushrooms, etc.).
