Homemade Msemen – leafy and safe Moroccan pancakes

Homemade msemen  is    a staple Moroccan specialty: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.

Ingredients (6 to 8 months)

  • 500 g fine semolina
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • about 300 ml of lukewarm water
  • 100 ml of vegetable oil
  • 50 g melted butter
