Ginger Lemon Honey Paste Recipe

Components: One large piece of freshly grated ginger, approximately 100 grams or 1/2 cup One large lemon, preferably organic Half a cup of unprocessed honey Guidelines:

Get the ginger ready:

Ginger should be cleaned, peeled, and then finely chopped or grated.

Get the lemon ready:

Particularly if you plan to use the peel, properly wash the lemon. You have two options: zest the lemon or cut it into little pieces, leaving the peel on, if it’s organic. The peel is optional, but it provides flavor and additional nutrients.

Combine the ingredients:

Put the grated ginger, lemon (or lemon zest), and honey in a sanitized bowl. Once all the ingredients are well combined and a smooth paste is formed, stir well.

Keep the paste stored:
