Easy dessert that doesn’t require an oven or stove

Let’s start by preparing the dessert base. In a blender, add the whole milk, condensed milk, cream and powdered milk. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Next, hydrate the colorless gelatin according to the instructions on the package and add it to the blender. Continue beating until the gelatine is completely incorporated into the mixture.

Now it’s time to give the dessert a special touch. Grease a mold with a drizzle of oil and spread the chocolate chips on the bottom. Carefully pour the mixture obtained in the blender over the chocolate chips in the mold.

Place the cake in the refrigerator and let it harden for at least two hours, or until it is firm to the touch.

BONUS TIP
To easily unmold the cake, you can use a plastic or silicone mold previously greased with oil. This way the dessert will be detached faster and with less effort.

Depending on your taste, you can replace the chocolate chips with chocolate grains or chips.
