1. Prepare the Passion Fruit Cream:
- Mix Ingredients: In a blender, combine the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered passion fruit juice.
- Blend: Blend the mixture for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy. Ensure all ingredients are well combined.
2. Assemble the Cream Layer:
- Pour and Spread: Pour the passion fruit cream mixture into a glass dish, spreading it evenly to ensure a smooth surface.
3. Prepare the Chocolate Ganache:
- Melt the Chocolate: Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval to prevent burning.
- Combine with Cream: In a separate bowl, heat the heavy cream until just hot (but not boiling). Pour the hot cream over the melted chocolate and stir until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
