Preheat the oven and prepare the baking trays:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Grease and flour two 23 cm round baking pans. ➤ Duration: 10 minutes
Prepare the chocolate cake dough:
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in the boiling water (the dough will be liquid).

Bake the cakes:
Distribute the dough evenly between the pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Leave to cool completely on a wire rack.
