Banana pudding, peanut butter and seeds

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 ripe
bananas 2 tablespoons peanut butter (without sugar and palm oil)
250 ml milk (can be vegetable: coconut, almonds, oats)
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
A few walnuts to sprinkle (e.g. almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts)
