Baked vegetable rolls with cheese

Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat a little oil and sauté the onion and garlic until golden. Add the carrot, cabbage, and peppers and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the soy sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Assemble the rolls: Place a sheet of dough on a clean surface. Place a portion of the vegetable mixture on one end of the sheet. Fold in the sides and roll tightly, sealing the edge with a little water.

Fry the rolls: Heat enough oil in a large frying pan. Fry the rolls in batches, making sure they are golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Serve: Remove the rolls and place them on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your choice of sauce.
