Apple-Banana Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients

Rolled oats: 1 cup (90 g)
Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon (5 g)
Baking powder: 1 teaspoon (4 g)
Milk (plant-based or dairy): 1 cup (250 ml)
Egg: 1 large
apple: 1, peeled, cored, and diced
Banana: 1 ripe, mashed
Dried fruit (walnuts, almonds, etc.): 50 grams (1/4 cup)
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Set the oven to 360°F (180°C). Grease a baking sheet or line it with baking paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.
Prepare the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Add the mashed banana until well combined. Stir and add fruit: Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir until combined. Stir in the diced apple and walnuts.
