Apple and cinnamon layer cake

Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 170°F (340°C).
Grease a cake mold with butter or oil. Prepare the batter:
In a large bowl, beat the 3 eggs with a pinch of salt using a mixer until foamy.
Gradually add 135 g of sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
Add 1/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 135 g of milk and 70 ml of oil to the egg mixture. Mix well.
Combine the dry ingredients:
In a separate bowl, combine 15 g of baking powder with 300 g of flour.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined. Don’t overmix.
Compose the cake:
Pour a layer of batter into the greased cake mold.
Add a layer of chopped apples on top of the batter.
Sprinkle a generous amount of ground cinnamon over the apples.
Pour another layer of batter over the apples.
Add another layer of chopped apples on top.
