Strawberry Bavarian cream recipe

Here is the recipe for strawberry Bavarian:

Ingredients:
– 500 g of strawberries
– 250 ml of fresh whipped
cream – 150 ml of milk
– 60 g of sugar
– 2 egg yolks
– 3 sheets of gelatine

Preparation:
Put the egg yolks and sugar in a bowl and whip them for a few minutes with an electric whisk, add the milk and mix.

Put the mixture in a saucepan on the stove and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken.
