Ingredients:
For the dough:
420 g (3 1/3 cups) all-purpose flour (00 flour)
50 g sugar
8 g vanilla sugar (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
2 large
eggs 50 ml sunflower oil
10 g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the filling:
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
2 tablespoons sugar (for the filling)
1 tablespoon jam (of your choice)
1 tablespoon butter (for baking the apples)
Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
In a large bowl, mix 420 g flour, 50 g sugar, 8 g vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 50ml of sunflower oil. Add this mixture to the flour mixture and mix until a dough forms. Add 10 g of yeast and knead gently until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
