How to Make Apple Frittata
- Preparation of Meles:
- Peel the apples, remove the core and cut them into thin slices.
- Prepare the mixture:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add the sifted flour and, if you like, a pinch of cinnamon.
- Cook:
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a little butter.
- Pour in the egg mixture and add the apple slices.
- Cook over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
- Turn and Finish Cooking:
- Using a plate, flip the omelette and cook the other side for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve:
- Once cooked, transfer the omelette to a serving plate and, if desired, sprinkle with icing sugar.
