Delicious Homemade Doughs

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon sugar

250 ml of warm water

2¼ teaspoons dry yeast

360 g of 00 flour

1½ teaspoons Italian herbs

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

Mix warm water with sugar and yeast. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Add the flour, salt, spices, and oil. Knead until the dough becomes elastic (about 8 minutes).

Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough, add your favorite toppings and bake at 220°C for 12–15 minutes.

👉 Tip: For a crispy edge, brush the edges with oil before baking.
