Adding the flour and salt

Kneading
: Then transfer the dough to a floured work surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding a little more flour.

place the dough back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap and a clean cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until it doubles in size.
