Folding the dough
: Next, wet your fingers, turn the dough over, and fold the edges inward. Turn the dough over, cover it again, and let it rest for another hour.
Shaping:
Then remove the dough from the bowl, knead it lightly, and shape it into a ball. Let it rest for 20 minutes, covered with plastic wrap. Roll the dough into a rectangle, then roll it up like a sausage to form a loaf.
