METHOD
- On top of the bowl, slice the zucchini with the mandolin.
- Season the zucchini slices with salt, pepper, dried basil and paprika. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix everything well.
- Pour a drizzle of oil into a muffin tin and form mounds with the zucchini slices.
- Add a little grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
- Serve them all together on a serving plate.
