Zucchini pile: a delicious and quick side dish!

METHOD

  1. On top of the bowl, slice the zucchini with the mandolin.
  2. Season the zucchini slices with salt, pepper, dried basil and paprika. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix everything well.
  3. Pour a drizzle of oil into a muffin tin and form mounds with the zucchini slices.
  4. Add a little grated Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of olive oil on top. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve them all together on a serving plate.
