Wow, why didn’t we do that beforehand? Cabanossi cheese soup tastes amazing!

Preparation:

1. First, wash the leek and slice it. Slice the cabanossi.

Next, peel the potatoes, carrots, and onion and dice them. Heat the butter in a large pot. Sauté the diced onion in it.

2. Now add the flour. Deglaze the vegetables with the broth. Let the soup cook for 10 minutes. Add the cream, the cabanossi, the processed cheese, and then the chopped parsley.

 

Let the cabanossi soup simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, season the soup with pepper and salt.
