Here’s the first version of the drink – to be consumed every morning:
Ingredients:
1 lemon (peeled)
1 tablespoon baking soda (sodium bicarbonate)
1 thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 onion
1 garlic bulb
1 liter filtered water
2 tablespoons turmeric powder
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot.
Add the ginger, garlic, onion, and baking soda.
Bring it to a boil.
Once boiling, add the turmeric powder.
Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
After cooling slightly, squeeze in the juice from the peeled lemon.
Add a tablespoon of honey for sweetness and additional benefits.
How to Use:
Take 2 tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
