Ingredients:
- Pizza dough 16 oz.
- 1 broccoli florets
- 1 onion sliced
- Nutritional yeast 1/2 cup
- Roasted garlic 8 cloves
- Vegan parmesan
- Vegan cheese sauce
Instructions:
- In the microwave, steam the broccoli florets for almost 5 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by adding vegan cheese sauce and nutritional yeast to it.
- Now, add the vegan sauce, broccoli, and the sliced onion in a bowl and mix it.
- Get the mixture over the pizza crust and then top a layer of parmesan cheese over it.
- Bake for 10 mins in the oven at nearly 400 degrees.
Notes:
- You can use any vegetable over the pizza for garnishing.
