Vegan Broccoli Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Pizza dough 16 oz.
  • 1 broccoli florets
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Nutritional yeast 1/2 cup
  • Roasted garlic 8 cloves
  • Vegan parmesan
  • Vegan cheese sauce
Instructions:
  1. In the microwave, steam the broccoli florets for almost 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce by adding vegan cheese sauce and nutritional yeast to it.
  3. Now, add the vegan sauce, broccoli, and the sliced onion in a bowl and mix it.
  4. Get the mixture over the pizza crust and then top a layer of parmesan cheese over it.
  5. Bake for 10 mins in the oven at nearly  400 degrees.
Notes:
  • You can use any vegetable over the pizza for garnishing.
