Preheat the oven to 6 (180°).
Line your baking sheet with baking

Mix the soft butter with the sugar and add the egg.
Mix well, then add the flour and baking powder a little at a time.
3 Using a grater, rub the lemon peel.
If necessary, cut with a knife to obtain a very fine zest.
Squeeze the lemon and pour the juice and zest into the dough.
Mixed.
4 Form small piles spaced out on the plate.
Cook 10 minutes
