- Prepare the breading: In a bowl, mix the cornmeal with the wheat flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Bread the Shrimps: Dip the shrimp in the flour mixture, making sure they are well coated.
- Fry: Heat the oil in a large pan until it reaches a temperature of about 180°C. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain: Remove the shrimp from the oil and drain them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
Serve: Serve the fried shrimp hot, perhaps with an accompanying sauce such as a garlic sauce or spicy mayonnaise.
