Preparation:
Beat the slices of meat to make them thinner.
Fill each with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
In a large frying pan, heat the oil with the garlic and rosemary.
Brown the rolls on all sides to seal them well.
Deglaze with white wine, then lower the heat.
Cook covered for about 20 minutes, adding a drizzle of water if needed.
Season with salt and pepper. Serve them hot with their sauce.
