Flaxseed
Once you have this mixture, you can use it as a treatment for the skin of your hands, forehead, and mouth, the areas most prone to wrinkles. Simply soak a cotton ball in the mixture and gently massage it into your skin, leaving it on for 10 to 15 minutes.
To further enhance the results, you can also add ingredients like banana, plain yogurt, and honey to the mix. Banana is rich in vitamins A and C, known for their antioxidant and firming properties. Plain yogurt contains lactic acid, which helps smooth the skin, while honey is a natural moisturizer that helps maintain skin elasticity.
To use these ingredients, simply mash the banana into a paste and mix it with a tablespoon of plain yogurt and a teaspoon of honey. Add this mixture to the flaxseed, water, and salt solution and mix well. You can use this solution as a face mask, gently massaging it into the skin and leaving it on for 10 to 15 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Repeat this treatment once or twice a week for best results. In a short time, you will notice that your skin is smoother and more radiant, and wrinkles are less visible.
