400 ml of orange juice
4 large spoons of cornstarch
3 large spoons of sugar
Orange flavoring (optional)

Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until you obtain a frothy mixture.
Add the vegetable oil and orange juice, mixing well.
Gradually incorporate the sifted flour with the yeast, mixing until a smooth mixture is obtained.
Pour the mixture into a previously buttered and floured mould.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes or until the cake is golden and cooked.
While the cake is cooking, prepare the cream: in a saucepan, mix the orange juice with the corn starch and the sugar. Add orange flavoring if desired. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens.
Once cooked, let the cake cool for at least 1 hour.
Once cooled, pour the cream evenly onto the surface of the cake.
Decorate the cake with coconut flakes and orange slices.
