Sugar-FREE dessert in 5 minutes! I make this recipe every day

  • 1 cup (100 g) of oatmeal.
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) of any milk of your choice.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa.
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) of unsweetened chocolate.
  • 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil.

preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix the oatmeal with the milk and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes for the oatmeal to soften.
  2. In the meantime, mash the banana with a fork until you get a smooth puree without lumps.
  3. Add the egg to the banana puree and mix well. Then add the baking powder and the tablespoon of bitter cocoa, stirring until you get a homogeneous and soft dough.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the molds with a little vegetable oil.
  5. Fill the molds 2/3 full with the prepared dough.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until the cakes are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. In the meantime, melt the sugar-free chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, adding a teaspoon of vegetable oil to make it smoother and shinier.
  8. Once the desserts are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
  9. Decorate desserts with melted chocolate, adding it generously on top.
