Preparation:
- Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water.
- Then mash them well and add the egg, Parmesan cheese, salt and nutmeg.
- Cut the mozzarella and start forming croquettes.
- Let them rest in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Beat the egg with the milk and add the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese and pepper.
- Bread the croquettes and fry them in hot oil.
