Unique FAQs
Can I freeze scone dough for later use?

Clotted cream is thick, rich, and indulgent, with a higher fat content than whipped cream. It’s traditionally served with scones and has a slightly tangy flavor profile.
Can I make gluten-free Biscuits?
Yes, you can substitute gluten-free flour for regular flour in scone recipes to make gluten-free scones. However, you may need to adjust the recipe slightly and add a binder like xanthan gum to achieve the desired texture.
Are Biscuits typically served warm or cold?
Scones are best enjoyed warm, fresh from the oven. However, they can also be enjoyed at room temperature or gently reheated in the oven or microwave before serving.
