Savory pie with peppers and black olives

1-First cook the peppers in a pan with a drizzle of oil and salt.

2-In a bowl break the eggs and beat them with a whisk.

3-Try to make them very foamy and add the oil and milk.

4-Add the grated cheese to the dough, it will give a richer and tastier flavor.

5-Add the yeast for savory pies and the flour a little at a time, continuing to mix the dough well.

6-We must obtain a fairly firm dough.

7-Add the peppers (leave a few peppers for decoration), a little salt and mix well with a fork.

8-At this point add the black olives (leaving some for decoration) and mix well.

9-Transfer our dough into a buttered and well-floured 24 cm mold.

10-Decorate with the leftover peppers and olives. Bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes in a convection oven, or in a static oven at 190 °C for 40 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool completely and it will be ready to be served.
