Round buns filled with eggs, ham and cheese

Guidelines:

Preheat the oven to 180°F (350°C).
Cut off the top of each bun and remove some of the crumb to create space for the filling.
Lightly butter the inside of the buns.
Place a slice of ham on the bottom of each sandwich, adjusting it so that it lines up inside.
Add a little grated cheese to the ham.
On each loaf, break an egg, being careful not to break the yolk.
Season with salt and pepper and, if desired, add a little chopped chives.
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your taste and the cheese is melted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
