Green Purslane Cocktail
Ingredients (1–2 servings):
- 1 handful of purslane
- 1 carrot
- ½ cucumber
- 1 handful of grapes (or 1 banana)
- ½ lemon (juice)
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, at the end)
Preparation:
- Wash all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cut the carrot, cucumber and fruit into small pieces.
- Blend with 150–200 ml of water until smooth.
- Finally, add raw honey.
- Strain if you prefer a lighter consistency.
Storage:
Store in a tightly closed glass bottle in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours . For maximum benefits, consume fresh.
