To improve the flavor of your dish and achieve a quality taste, follow the instructions below:
1 Boil the potatoes in large quantities with the skin on. Once cooked, drain them, peel them and mash them.
2 Add a little salt, Parmesan cheese, flour and egg.
3 Take a sheet of parchment paper and cut out a portion of potato squares with your hands (if you want you can flour them a little), put a little ham and mozzarella inside and cover with another square of potato dough.
4 Cook in the pan in which you have previously garnished with a little melted butter, then brown on both sides. Repeat the same process until it runs out.
